Our Wheels-Up cocktail is a spin on the classic Aviation cocktail traditionally made with gin, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, and lemon juice. We used J.T. Meleck Vodka instead of gin and the result is a tasty and fun cocktail perfect for Mardi Gras celebrations big and small.

Wheels-Up Ingredients
- 2 oz. J.T. Meleck Vodka
- ½ oz. maraschino liqueur
- ½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Crème de violette
Wheels-Up Directions
- Combine J.T. Meleck Vodka, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well for approximately 10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass and top with crème de violette.
