While the kids are searching for their Easter eggs, the adults can have a little fun, too
Ingredients:
- 1 hollow chocolate bunny
- 2 fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp oz of vanilla
- 1.5 oz of J.T. Meleck vodka
- 1/2 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz of heavy cream
- 1/4 oz of simple syrup
- Sprinkles and/or chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions:
- Use a hot knife to gentle remove the ears from the chocolate bunny and set aside
- In a mix tin, muddle the strawberries
- Add the vanilla, vodka, Bailey’s, heavy cream and simple syrup in a shaker over ice, and shake until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chocolate bunny
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and/or sprinkles
- Enjoy!
