Vodka Mocha Bundt Cake, Yes Please!

  • 1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 (5.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup J.T. Meleck Vodka
  • ¼ cup coffee-flavored liqueur
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Step 2 In a large bowl, combine Cake mix, sugar, pudding mix, oil, eggs, J.T. vodka, coffee liqueur, and water. Mix at low speed for 1 minute and then at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Step 3 Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Step 4

To make the glaze: In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with the confectioners’ sugar. Mix well and pour over the cake.
